1. How long does shipping take?
United States: 5–10 business days
International Orders: 14–31 business days
Shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand, but we work hard to deliver as fast as possible.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! KlyroPaws ships worldwide. International shipping estimates range from 14–31 business days depending on your location.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is scanned into the carrier system.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can check the status of your delivery at any time using our Track Your Order page.
5. My tracking number isn’t updating what should I do?
This is normal during the first few days of transit.
Tracking updates once the package reaches major sorting centers.
If it hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact our support team and we’ll look into it for you.

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.

We will send a free replacement or provide a refund whichever you prefer.

For products like life jackets, beds, and harnesses, measure your pet before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.
